Our Commitment

Caledonian Compliance Limited is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure our Glasgow-based PAT testing services are available to all.

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA standards. Our website is designed to be compatible with standard assistive technologies, including screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.

Accessibility Features on Our Site

To make our site easier to use, we have implemented the following:

• Logical Heading Structure: We use clear H1, H2, and H3 tags to help screen reader users navigate our service information.

• Alt Text: All meaningful images (such as diagrams of electrical safety) include descriptive alternative text.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some parts of this website may not be fully compliant yet:

• Third-Party Tools: Our booking system and intake forms are powered by Wix. While these are highly accessible, some advanced customization may be limited by the platform.

• Older PDF Documents: Some historical safety certificates or guides may not be fully optimized for screen readers. We are working to replace these with accessible HTML versions.
